に行き、そこにあった方法でアップデートできるようにしました。
対応は、検索すればすぐ上記のサイトが出てくるのであまり問題はないのですが、自分の心覚えに書いておきます。
また、以前もほぼ同様のことがあったので、次回はすぐにこの方法でやってみようかと思っています。
念のため、引用しておきます。

1. Delete Rename bases.cav from your Comodo folder i.e. C:\Program files\comodo\comodo internet security\scanners\ to Xbases.cav
With all running normally (no safe-mode or something else)2. Double click Comodo icon to make it pop up and go to Miscellaneous --->Diagnostics
3. Comodo scans itself for errors and missing files and it will found that the bases.cav file is missing. (You removed that file in step 1.) CIS will make a new empty file bases.cav
4. Restart your computer and open CIS. The AV database date has not been changed jet but ckick on it enyway to receive the newest updates!
4. Comodo starts to download the new file (witch includes the newest Virus database)
Notice! This step takes time between about 1min to 30min. (10/1 Mbps it will take about 1min and 512/512 kbps about 30min) Download speed is what matters anyway.5. After the downloading is done everything is working normally with the newest updates!
